All orders are always prepared and packaged with the utmost care.

We are committed to being very fast in processing your orders: if possible, all orders received by 12.00 from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day, except for the promotional periods, during which we may suffer one or more days late. Orders received after 12.00 or on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the next working day.

Any requests for changes and additions must be promptly communicated by email to info@lanaonline.it or by telephone at +39 0432 957530 and can only be accepted if the order has not already been sent to the shipping department.

You will receive an email both when the order is being prepared and when the order is delivered to the courier with all the data for tracking the shipment.

You can monitor the progress of your shipment at any time both with the tracking code we have sent you: enter this code in the "Search for shipments" section of the website www.poste.it, and through the emails that notify you of the status of the shipment itself.

Has the order been shipped and you have the wrong address? Do you want to modify it for your other needs? Not available for delivery? No problem: there is the YOU CHOOSE service. You can access the service directly from your shipment and you can modify and customize the delivery, receiving your order wherever and whenever you want.

NORMAL OR FAST

We offer you the possibility to choose between different types of shipment and different types of delivery of your orders, to facilitate you as much as possible with innovative services at an always competitive cost:

NORMAL shipping (delivery scheduled in 2/5 working days)
FAST shipping (delivery expected in 1/2 working days)

For deliveries to Italy we have some options and you can choose where to receive / collect your order:

AT YOUR DOMICILE OR RESIDENCE
c / o the POST OFFICES: you can choose the method of collection in the network of authorized Post Offices (over 12,000 throughout Italy) of Poste Italiane. You can choose the post office that is most convenient for you on the map that you will see when choosing the shipping method, indicating your post code. To collect your ID, you must show your identity document.
at the WITHDRAWAL POINTS: you can choose the collection method at the network of commercial activities for small shipments (eg tobacconists) and the Lockers which are automated self-service kiosks 24 hours x 7 days -. You can choose the pick-up point that is most convenient for you on the map that you will see when choosing the shipping methods, indicating your Cap. (How the Locker works). To make the withdrawal at the COLLECTION POINTS it is necessary to provide the operator with the PIN code you received via mail from the post office. To make the withdrawal from the LOCKER it is necessary to type on the display the PIN code that you received via mail from the post office. Bulky orders cannot be received at Collection Points.
