ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION
It is sufficient to fill in the data of the email address and generate a password that will always remain personal and strictly confidential and which will be used to access your personal account. At a later time, the missing data such as name and surname, address or addresses, telephone number must be completed.
No problem: click on "forgot password" and another one will be sent to you by e-mail immediately and that you can modify as you wish. For any difficulty you can contact our Service Center.
On the Lanaonline Home page, at the top left there is a rectangle with the wording "product search": type in the rectangle what you are looking for (yarn name, composition, etc.)
We do not have catalogs or color charts of yarns or other products, neither free nor for a fee.
The unique color charts of our yarns and the catalogs of our products only of photographic type available on the site. It is also possible to view and purchase all our products directly at our store in San Daniele del Friuli (Udine), in via Ciconi 58.
Yes it is possible to pay cash on delivery, with a small surcharge.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24/48 hours of their receipt.
Our shipping service is diversified and designed to meet all needs, while maintaining the lowest costs. Delivery times vary according to the type of shipment chosen and the costs are specified on the page shipments.
It is always possible to check the progress of the shipment through the tracking code that will be communicated to you via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
If you made a mistake in communicating your address or you want to receive it at another address, no problem: you can change it yourself once you receive the e-mail that notifies you when the shipment

PRODUCTS
As with the garments we buy ready-made, yarns and fibers in general also have different properties: structure, shape stability, resistance and thermal properties are factors to be taken into account in order to make the right choice. Here are some useful indications for choosing the most appropriate yarn referring to the project you want to make:
Socks
Choose a resistant yarn, it is preferable with a synthetic component and machine washable, such as for example DROPS Fabel, DROPS Delight and also the yarns SCHACHENMAYR Regia which have many variations able to please everyone.
Clothing for children and/or for sensitive skin
Prefer a soft yarn, to avoid the "pinch" effect. Merino wool and alpaca in all their variations are ideal.
Sports sweaters, hats and gloves
In this case, we recommend heat-tolerant, machine-washable fibers. It is important that the yarn is strong and durable, preferably tightly spun and superwash treated.
Ponchos, shawls and scarves
The ideal yarn has a long pile. To get more softness you can combine alpaca and silk.
Summer tops, cardigans or sweaters
Green light for fine cottons, long and resistant fibers and mix yarns. To obtain greater brilliance and brightness, prefer mercerized cottons or viscose, silk and linen that will give your
garments a natural effect.
Slippers, bags, gloves
Choose pure wool, which is loosely spun and not superwash treated. When choosing your yarns, always remember to evaluate the fiber composition, properties, recommended use, washing instructions, origin and Oeko-Tex certification.

Follow the instructions given on the pattern / scheme, taking care to consider, based on your experience, the type of yarn and the type of needles, needles and crochet hooks you will use. If the diagram refers to
a different yarn than the one you want to buy, it will be necessary to calculate well the weight and the necessary length. We also don't all have the same hand, so if you're in doubt we suggest you buy an extra ball of yarn.
Don't worry: to meet the needs of all customers, Lanaonline is committed to always having large quantities of yarns from the same batch. In this way, we can guarantee the maximum continuity of supplies and you can work with yarns from the same bathroom. Contact us to check the stock here remember to indicate: yarn name, color number and bath (dyelot).
The color and the color bath are the references indicated on the band of the ball or skein and are expressed in numbers: the first number corresponds to the color and the second (dyelot) to the bath.
Each yarn is produced in a range of colors, which you can choose from on our website. For each color, different dyeing baths are carried out, so yarns of the same color coming from different baths will never be perfectly identical to each other. But don't worry, Lanaonline undertakes to verify that in the supply there are always and only balls or skeins coming from the same bathroom.
