Easy returns and fast refunds

We want you to be satisfied with our service as much as you love your hobby or profession. Accessing our site and making purchases is simple and safe. We would also like to help you if you are not satisfied with your purchase and the products received: you can return the items, only if intact and in perfect condition, within 14 days from the date you received them.

We ask you to notify us by e-mail of the need to make a return and our customer service will provide you with all the necessary support or documentation.

The goods must be suitably packed and, if possible, in the original packaging. The return must be sent to the following address:

HOW TO SEND A RETURN

For the return shipment you can independently use any courier of your preference or ship to post offices. If you want to use our merchandise collection service, you will need to notify the Customer Service and/or Returns via email or telephone. You will receive by email the documentation to be printed and affixed to the package. The collection of the package will take place at home.

We enclose the table of return shipping costs.
We do not refund shipping costs incurred.

Always keep proof of shipment.
As soon as we receive the return and verify the integrity of the goods, we will immediately refund.
Any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from this amount.
We are unable to accept returns for digital models once they have been downloaded, unless there is an error
In case of failure with digital pattern downloads, please contact us here, within 30 days of purchase.
