Buying one or more LanaOnline GIFT CARDS is very simple and fast:

- Choose the amount of the Gift Card you prefer

- select one or more Gift Cards and add them to your cart.

- complete your order and the Gift Card is yours!

From now on, in a few simple steps, you can personalize and deliver your gift to whoever you want.

Configure and personalize the Gift Card

As soon as your order is completed, you will also receive an email reminding you to configure the Gift Card you just purchased.

Make your Gift Card even more special with a personal touch!

 - log in to LanaOnline with your credentials

 - go to "My account" and then to "My gift cards" (you will find the list of gift cards you have purchased)

 - click on "Configure" (only from the moment the payment has been accepted, you can configure your GIFT CARD)

 - now write:

        1. the name of the recipient of the Gift Card

        2. your name or the name of the donor

        3. the message (optional) that you want to accompany your gift

 - click on "Save"

 - now you can choose whether to send your Gift Card by email or deliver it personally:

 * e-mail: enter the recipient's e-mail address and select SEND. You can send the email NOW or select a date for delayed delivery.

 * personally: DOWNLOAD and print the GIFT CARD pdf so you can deliver it directly from your hands!

Validity and Use of Gift Cards

How to use the LanaOnline Gift Card received?

The Gift Card contains a CODE to be used in the cart in the "you have a discount code" space.

By entering this code, the amount will be automatically deducted.

This code is valid for all items in our catalog, except for shipping costs.

If the amount of the Gift Card is greater than the amount of the order, you can reuse the Gift Card for the remaining amount without problems until the credit runs out in future purchases.

The LanaOnline Gift Card is valid for 6 mounths.
